Hi, I'm Tri Wicaksono (Wicak).

I’ve spent more than 15 years building products and leading engineering teams. I started as a software engineer and moved into roles such as Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, and VP of Engineering, working across gaming, e-commerce, fintech, transportation, record labels, and other tech-driven industries.

I help companies improve their systems, solve technical problems, and strengthen their engineering practices. I also share what I’ve learned through my courses, where I mentor thousands of students.

My work has always focused on practical problem solving and helping teams move faster with clarity, structure, and the right technical approach.
